It is the mission of New American Youth Soccer club to enhance community involvement of families new to the United States by providing a safe place to learn and understand the fundamentals of soccer while promoting physical fitness, teamwork, healthy life style choices, discipline, leadership, self-confidence, and better communication skills in youth, 4-16, of all nationalities.
Our program offers sports and mentorship to our target audience of children whose families are recent immigrants to America. We strive to provide all of their needs for participation by supplying the necessary sports equipment no matter their economic status. For us, soccer is a path to mentorship, building positive relationships, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging. We recognize that athletics have the power to cross barriers of language and culture. Whether or not immigrant children come to America understanding language or culture, soccer and friendly competition is a worldwide language that we use to reach out to youth. With us, youth learn how to be team players in our league, in life and as New Americans.
Practices are on Fridays from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
Our club welcomes children of all backgrounds and of a variety of ages. Use the contact form below to find out more about us.
